Turning Inwards
Evening Yoga with Meditation with Calli Popham
As the season begins to turn and change pace, so do we. As the leaves turn on the trees nature reminds us of the beauty found in letting go. This practice will take place in the tranquillity of the South Lawn after hours, and will offer an opportunity to drop in to yourself, with explorative movement encouraging a release of old patterns to make space for the endless potential we all hold.
We will close with a long, deep meditative rest to release and integrate, ready to come together to enjoy a freshly prepared mocktail and healthy snack, where guests can get guidance and inspiration from Calli.
Calli is a Senior Yoga Teacher, who teaches a fluid, playful and embodied yoga style, focusing on bringing you home to yourself on every layer. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for everybody and believes that no one alignment fits all, encouraging students to enquire and move from a place of playful exploration.
Prior experience is not required; beginners are welcome.
Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring water for the session, and a throw or blanket to stay warm.
