This is a place where we can move together both live and on demand, through space and time and I am so excited to show up more in this space for and with you all.
The beauty of an online practise, especially as the season shifts is ease. to practise from the comfort of your own home, without an rainy cold commute. Roll out of bed and on to your mat and connect in community. Then have the practise available to explore again at a time that suits you.
