There are so many benefits to having 121 sessions and people come to me for many different reasons, some want to work on getting the basics in order to feel they can integrate safely and confidently in a group class, others are keen to work on something specific such as inversions or have specific training goals, some have injuries that need to be tailored to and others simply need the convenience of their yoga being brought to them at a place and time that is convenient.
